SWITZERLAND AND GERMANY
We drove to Geneva Switzerland and explored the city. We stayed in Geneva 2 nights and Basel 2 nights. We were amazed by the breathtaking beauty of the Alps. We also got to visit the Chateau de Chillon where Lord Byron was imprisoned and wrote his famous poetry. We also visited the United Nations Headquarters and the International Red Cross Headquarters. Then it was off to Strasbourg, Germany. We travelled by way of the black forest. We only had one day in Germany, but it was very beautiful and we saw the St. Paul gothic church which was amazing!
